Arrange the terminal, not just the airport
A private flight may use a different building or handling agent from the airline terminal. Ask for the FBO or handler name, street address, meeting time and a contact for the day of travel.
- Confirm who will meet the passengers and where the driver should go.
- Check current operating hours, slot or parking arrangements and any restrictions through the operator.
- For an international arrival, confirm the required customs and immigration arrangements.
- Confirm aircraft and baggage suitability; runway length alone is not an operating clearance.
