Private aviation
Privacy policy
Last updated: November 4, 2026.
This notice describes how information submitted through PrivateJet-Charter.com is used when you ask about a private charter flight.
What we collect
A flight request includes your name, email address, phone number if supplied, departure and destination, travel date, passenger count and any notes you choose to provide. The request also records the page it came from and your agreement to share the details with the charter team.
Provide only the information needed to explain your trip. Do not include passport scans, payment-card details or other sensitive documents in the enquiry form.
How we use your information
We use your details to respond to enquiries, assess flight options and communicate about your itinerary. If you proceed with a booking, the operating carrier may need additional passenger information for the flight and applicable travel formalities.
Where requests go and who receives them
Requests submitted through the WordPress form are stored in the website database and forwarded to the charter team. The current enquiry email is [email protected]. Details needed to arrange a flight may be shared with the operating carrier, handling agents and service providers involved in your trip.
Website hosting and email providers process information needed to run these services. Technical access logs may include your IP address and the time of a request.
Storage and access
Authorised website administrators can review requests, update their status and forward them for follow-up. Your enquiry may also be held in the receiving email account. Contact the charter team if you want to ask about the information held for your request or its retention.
Requests about your information
To ask for access, correction or deletion of information you have supplied, write to [email protected]. Include enough detail to identify your enquiry. Some information may need to be retained for an existing booking or applicable record-keeping obligations.
Cookies and browser storage
The public website stores your privacy preference in your browser. Analytics and advertising cookies are not currently enabled. You can reopen Cookie settings using the link in the footer. WordPress uses authentication cookies when an administrator signs in.
