Our role

PrivateJet-Charter.com acts as a charter agent. We do not own or operate aircraft. Flights are operated by licensed air carriers that retain operational control of the aircraft, crew and flight.

Prices and information on this website

Calculator results, hourly rates and route information are provided to help you plan. They are estimates, not an offer of a specific aircraft at a guaranteed price. Availability, positioning, airport charges, taxes and changes to your itinerary can affect the final quote.

Aircraft photographs and generated illustrations do not identify a particular aircraft available for your dates. Confirm the specification and cabin layout of the aircraft offered in your quote.

Booking confirmation

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve an aircraft or confirm a flight. A booking is confirmed under the charter agreement for the particular trip, with a firm price and the required acceptance and payment arrangements. Review the named parties, operating carrier, itinerary and inclusions before signing.

Payment, changes and cancellation

Payment deadlines, cancellation charges, refunds and schedule changes are governed by the agreement for your flight. Request these terms with your quote and review them before confirming. A change of airport, timing, passengers or baggage may require a revised quote.

Responsibility for the flight

The operating carrier is responsible for operating the aircraft and carrying passengers. Our role concerns the services we provide as an agent. The charter agreement sets out the responsibilities of the parties and the conditions that apply to the trip.
